This project was a significant renovation & 2nd floor addition to a single level Prairie style home.  The project intended to modernize & expand the existing space while maintaining the exterior charm.  The reconfigured first floor plan integrates a new access stair to the 2nd floor, new kitchen and updated finishes.  The new second floor provides grand ensuite bedroom with balconies and open multipurpose rooms.
