An update to a 3 bedroom and 2 bath home, that included a new front porch and a new exterior rear facade, to achieve an open floor plan with more windows to take advantage of the beautiful waterfront views. The renovation included updates to the bathrooms and bedrooms to be more functional. Downstairs renovation included custom millwork design in the dining room, and accessibility elements throughout for aging in place and for aging parents to visit more comfortably, such as the conversion of the den into a 4th bedroom.
